Our Volvo just died and we have to get

Our Volvo just died and we have to get something right away. We can’t live with only one car because my son has a medical condition that requires visits to his doctor twice a week. My husband’s job won’t allow him to take that much time off. He’s needed there as his boss is away for two weeks. We thought about using public transportation, but it doesn’t go to his doctor’s office. We would have to do the last ten miles in a taxi as my son cannot walk very far. He is just too weak at this point. My husband wants to get a Used Aston Martin and I’m fine with that. He can get me an old VW bus for all I care. I just need to be able to take care of our son.
